The site will be comprised of four one-bedroom, one person homes and four two-bedroom, four person homes which will all be affordable housing. The site is located on land between numbers four and 14 Cheveral Road, Bedworth.

The consultation will be in the form of drop-in sessions. Plans can be viewed on two public consultation days - Wednesday 27 July from 4pm to 7pm and Saturday 30 July from 10am to 1pm at Race Leys Junior School, Bedworth.

A full planning application for the site will then be submitted in August this year.

Councillor Clare Golby, Portfolio holder for Housing and Communities said:

"Affordable housing is something we're often told is needed in our borough and we certainly have a lack of it in Bedworth.
