Published on Tuesday, 18th January 2022
New funding is being provided to support businesses in the hospitality, leisure and accommodation sectors.
The one-off grant funding is recognition that with the rise of the Omicron variant these sectors are likely to face further struggles.
- Businesses will need to apply for the funding
- Application deadline has been extended to 18 March 2022
Further grants to support all types of business are available and the Hardship grant has recently received extra funding. View the other business grants.
Cllr Kristofer Wilson, Leader of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and Portfolio holder for Business and Regeneration said:
“In December last year we announced several support grants for businesses that were struggling as a result of the impact of COVID-19, and this additional funding is another step towards helping local businesses that have been hit hard by the ongoing COVID crisis.
“This is a one-off grant so please apply as soon as you can so you can meet the February deadline.
“This Council really does want to support our local businesses during Covid, so I would urge them to get in touch as soon as possible and get their applications in.”
