A new development of ultra-modern homes in Roxburgh Road, Nuneaton was handed over to residents this week.

Built on a former garage site using funding from Homes England, the development consists of eight, 1-bedroom apartments.

The homes have been designed and built to an extremely high spec using the latest technologies by local leading innovator in modular housing, ModPods International Ltd.

In line with the Borough Council’s commitment to tackle climate change, the homes were built to be highly energy efficient, which also benefits residents by helping to keep heating costs down.
