Public Consultation on Public Space Protection Order – Dog Control

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is currently undertaking a 6-week public consultation on a proposed Public Space Protection Order under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

This order relates to aspects of dog control including dog fouling, dogs on leads and dog exclusion.

The majority of the proposed order remains unchanged from the previous order in relation to dog control, however it is proposed to make an area of Bailey Park in Bedworth a ‘dogs on leads zone’.

A hard copy of the proposed order is also available for inspection at Nuneaton Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton CV11 5AA, however, this is by prior appointment only on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm and can be arranged by calling 02476 376376.
