Grounds Maintenance enquiry stages

Published on Friday, 11th September 2020

The Council continue to work in partnership with Glendale to carry out grounds maintenance activities within the Borough.

Residents and members can visit Glendale Live to view scheduled routine maintenance, which includes grass cutting in parks, open spaces, countryside sites and on highway verges.

If you require further information or need to request non-routine works, please log your enquiry via Self-Serve or contact Customer Services who will submit the details on your behalf.

Once your enquiry has been logged, investigations and appropriate works will take place or be arranged as necessary. If the resident or member chooses to request for an update after they have sent their enquiry, the relevant NBBC or Glendale Officer will aim to respond within 10 working days to advise the next steps moving forward.

Please note that this does not mean that your requested works will be completed within the 10 working days, this timescale only applies to updates.

Cllr Ian Lloyd, Portfolio Holder for Arts and Leisure said:

“NBBC and Glendale Officers work aim to assist those who have enquiries in the best way possible, as grounds maintenance tasks are a priority in order to keep the Borough tidy. If further assistance is required, the Customers Service Team are also here to help.”

Residents and members can contact Customer Services via telephone, email, type talk or talk face to face (currently by appointment only):
