Mental health and wellbeing services and support
Mental Health problems affect 1 in 4 people every year, yet too often people are afraid to talk about their experiences or to seek help. There are a range of services available across Warwickshire to support people who may be experiencing difficulties with their mental health. This may include those who are struggling to cope, feeling anxious, low or stressed.
Services can support in a variety of ways, including:
- face to face support
- online community support network
- self-help books
- telephone support
