Town Centres Area Action Plan
Town Centres Area Action Plan consultation
About the consultation
We have published the Town Centres Area Action Plan for public consultation.
Consultation on the Town Centres Area Action Plan takes place from 9 October until 4 December 2020. Please note responses that are received after this date may not be accepted.
What is the Town Centres Area Action Plan?
The Action Plan sets out the issues facing each of the town centres and a number of options for addressing these issues. There are considered to be a number of opportunity sites that could be redeveloped to improve the town centres and address some of the issues discussed in the Action Plan. The Action Plan identifies 12 opportunity sites in Nuneaton Town Centre and 11 opportunity sites in Bedworth Town Centre, and proposes how these sites could be redeveloped. This consultation on the Action Plan is the first step to its adoption, and the outcome of this issues and options consultation will inform the preparation of the publication version of the Action Plan.
