Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council previously consulted on the Preferred Options stage, of the Borough Plan Review, alongside the accompanying Sustainability Appraisal and Habitat Regulations Assessment, between 13 June and 22 July 2022 (Regulation 18 consultation). All documents relating to this consultation are available to view in our document downloads section. The Council considered all of the responses received, which can be found in the consultation responses and officer responses document, after the consultation period had ended.

Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment (HEDNA)

We have commissioned a report called Towards a Housing Requirement for Nuneaton & Bedworth, which is intended to supplement and be read alongside the Coventry and Warwickshire Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment. An executive summary of the Coventry and Warwickshire Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment has also been produced.
