Borough Plan

A Local Development Scheme is a proposed plan, setting out which Local Plan documents are to be prepared and the timetable for their preparation and completion. This allows local communities and interested parties to keep track of a Local Planning Authority's progress.

It is a legal requirement that a LDS is prepared, kept up to date and made publicly available. A revised Local Development Scheme was approved at Full Council on 5 July 2023.
