Tibas - Assisted Dips, Seated Row and Arm Bike

The Tibas is a gym station equipped with three different exercise functions. They are adapted to fit people in different ages. The weight load is automatically adjusted based on the weight of the person exercising.

Assisted Dips

  • Prime Movers - Pectoralis Major

Muscles use are:

  • Dips – Prime Mover - Pectoralis Major

other muscles that are heavily worked include:

  • Pectoralis Minor
  • Anterior Deltoid
  • Rhomboids
  • Triceps

Beginner: 1 x 15 Reps

Intermediate: 2 x 15 reps

Advanced: 2 x 20 reps

 

Seated Row

Prime Movers

  • Trapezius & Rhomboids

Shoulder girdle Retraction

  • Latissimus Dorsi  
  • Posterior Deltoids     

Shoulder Extension

  • Biceps
  • Brachialis    

Beginner: 1 x 15 Reps

Intermediate: 2 x 15 reps

Advanced: 2 x 20 reps

 

Arm Bike

  • Pectoralis
  • Deltoids
  • Biceps
  • Latissimus Dorsi
  • Trapezius muscle
  • Triceps
  • Abdominals     

Beginner: 5 mins     

Intermediate/Advanced: 10 mins
