Rower

Warm up with the Rower. This equipment actually works most of the major muscles in the body including the legs, arms, torso and stomach using up more calories than most other exercise machines. It is excellent cardiovascular exercise as well.

  • Soleus, Gastrocnemius
  • Rhomboids
  • Trapezius
  • Biceps
  • Latissimus Dorsi
  • Posterior Deltoids

Beginner: 5 minutes

Intermediate/Advanced: 10 minutes
