Air Skier

The Air Skier provides an opportunity for a low impact workout, which can be shared with a friend. It helps to tone up body areas around the waist, hips  and thighs as well as improving cardiovascular fitness, balance and co-ordination.

  • Latissimus Dorsi
  • Obliques

Beginner: 5- 10 mins     

Intermediate: 8 mins    

Advanced: 10 mins 


Now repeat the leg stretch to warm down - Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced: Hold each stretch 10-15 seconds
