Enforcement powers

Tenancy enforcement

Registered providers and the Council's housing department have powers which they can use to address anti-social tenants and their visitors. These powers could ultimately result in tenants being evicted and losing their homes. Causing anti-social behaviour is a breach of tenancy conditions.

Warning letters

A letter may be sent outlining the anti-social behaviour and why it is causing a nuisance. Warning letters are often sent by Warwickshire Police to parents to make them aware of anti-social behaviour committed by their children.
