Our financial procedure rules comprise of:

- Financial regulations
The standing orders outline the areas of responsibility for members and officers.
The regulations are issued under the standing orders relating to various specific areas. These provide the framework for managing the council's financial affairs and cover areas like capital and revenue spending, income, paying invoices, borrowing, lending, financial administration and internal audit amongst others.
