Join a local walk
Our walks are held weekly throughout the year and all abilities are welcome. Trained Volunteer Walk Leaders will help you achieve a walk suited to your own requirements.

Just turn up 15 minutes early on the day of your first walk, introduce yourself to a walk leader, fill out a simple health questionnaire and then you can walk with us every week on any walk you wish! Or to save time you could either print one off and bring it with you on the day or even better complete the online form.

- Walkers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- All walks are free
