Our walks are held weekly throughout the year and all abilities are welcome. Trained Volunteer Walk Leaders will help you achieve a walk suited to your own requirements.

Just turn up 15 minutes early on the day of your first walk, introduce yourself to a walk leader, fill out a simple health questionnaire and then you can walk with us every week on any walk you wish! Or to save time you could either print one off and bring it with you on the day or even better complete the on line form. Just clink on the Walking for Health link, click on a walk you would like to attend and follow the instructions on the right hand side which says 'Would you like to join this walk?'
