You can buy tickets for most performances on our online ticket service. The service allows you the select the seat of your choice.

  • A £1.00 service charge applies per ticket and a £2.50 administration charge is added per transaction

Call 024 7637 6707 to reserve your tickets. You can pay instantly using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro or Delta. For £2.50 we will post your tickets to you or please send a SAE to the Box Office.

In person

The Box Office opens Monday to Saturday 10.00am. For performances the Box Office opens 60 minutes before a performance until approximately 30 minutes after the start of a performance. On non-performance days it closes at 4.00pm and 2.30pm on Saturdays. The Box Office opens one hour before performances.

Please send a cheque, together with a SAE, details of the number of tickets required for each performance and your daytime telephone number. Cheques should be made payable to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council. Please address your application to: The Box Office, Civic Hall, High Street, Bedworth, CV12 8NF.

Reservations

Unpaid reservations are only held for five days. Reservations not collected will be released for sale.

Refunds

Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded after purchase unless a show is cancelled.

Terms and conditions

  • The Licensee and delegated representatives reserve the right to refuse admission
  • Latecomers are not permitted to enter the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance
  • Only cold drinks in plastic glasses are allowed in the main auditorium
  • No hot drinks are allowed in the main auditorium
  • The use of image capturing devices such as cameras, mobile phones and recording equipment is not permitted in the auditorium
