Support for Universal Credit customers
In partnership with the Department of Work and Pensions, we are offering assisted digital support to new Universal Credit claimants. The support is provided via referral to our Financial Inclusion Support Team.
If you know someone who is unable to use or access the internet to make a claim, contact Financial Inclusion Support Team on 024 7637 6700 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for help. A member of our team will talk through the problems that you are having to find the best solution for you.
Universal Credit is replacing some of the existing benefits system in Nuneaton and Bedworth from Wednesday 25 October 2017. In order to claim Universal Credit, an online application must be completed.
