Appealing your claim decision
If you want to know more about the decision we have made on your claim or if you think it is wrong, you must:
- appeal within one month of the decision notice
- submit your appeal in writing or via email to benefits.section@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk
- state the reason why you think the decision is wrong
