HOLD (Home Ownership for people with Long-term Disabilities) is a Government approved and affordable shared ownership model that enables individuals with a range of different disabilities to part buy a home of their own, either from the open market (through a regular estate agent) or via new developments, homes specifically developed for sale on a shared ownership basis, you can find a list of what’s currently available at Help to Buy Midlands.
