This tool will ask a series of questions and then guide you through the different options you can explore to enhance your housing situation.

Social Housing is in great demand and often people can wait a long time before being placed in Council or Housing Association properties. Housing options are the alternatives to Social Housing that may make it easy and quicker for you to move house.
What housing options are available?
There are lots of different options available but they are not suitable for everyone. Using this wizard you will be able to see which options are suitable for you. Some of the available options include:
- Private Rented
- Shared Ownership
- Mutual Exchange
- Adapted Housing
- My home needs repairing
- Mortgage Problems
- Sheltered Housing
- Social Housing
In order to use the Enhanced housing options wizard you must register and follow the steps in order to view your options. This can then be emailed to yourself or printed out showing the various options and advice available for your circumstances.
Please note, in order to apply for social housing you must complete this wizard also.
