Immigration property inspection
Prior to allowing entry clearance into this country, confirmation is required to determine whether the intended accommodation is safe and fit for habitation, and whether the property would become statutorily overcrowded by any additional person(s) proposing to live there.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this service at this time, however you do not need a Council employed environmental health officer to do this, it can be anybody with the right qualification. The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health has a list of qualified consultants that can inspect your property for you.
