Rent payment - Barcode Letter
There is a new way of paying your rent at the Post Office or Payzone outlets. The council is no longer issuing swipe cards, but issuing a letter with a barcode that can be scanned in order to make a cash payment.
If you currently use a swipe card you can continue to use it as normal, but if you need a replacement you will be issued with a barcode.
We will provide you with a letter with a barcode within ten days of the commencement of your tenancy.
If you lose your barcode letter you can request a new one by contacting customer services.

- it can take up to ten days to get a replacement rent barcode letter
