Our Revenue Enforcement Team are able to offer practical help in managing your money effectively. They work closely with support agencies such as Citizens Advice Bureau, Bromford Housing Floating Support, Chapter One and Doorway.

They can help with:

Arranging different payments dates, whether that's weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly
Helping you to set up different payment methods
Explaining how long it takes for your payment to reach your rent account
Garage rent payments
Former tenant arrears
Referring you to other support agencies
