Estate walkabouts
Join us on an estate walkabout
- Walkabouts are organised by housing officers
- They use walkabouts to pick up any tenancy or repair issues on our estates
- All residents are encouraged to attend to raise any issues on the estate
Aims of estate walkabouts
- The aim of walkabouts is to improve all areas in appearance and deal with any other issues that are raised
- They also help to pick up problems such as fly tipping or drainage repairs
Who attends estate walkabouts
- Housing officers
- A member of the team from property services (repairs)
- A member of the Resident's Partnership
- Officers from the grounds maintenance team
- Representatives from Warwickshire County Council's highway department
- Local Ward and County Councillors

Remember that walkabouts pick up issues on the estates, rather than dealing with individual issues.
