Downsizing

In Nuneaton and Bedworth we are in need of family homes for social renting.

If you are living in a council house that is bigger than you need, have you considered downsizing? 

We realise that if you have lived in your home for a long time this can be a difficult process.  To try to speed the process along you will be placed into band 1+ on the council online allocation system and you will be supported through the  process by the Housing Solutions team.

We are in need of two, three and four bedroom houses for the many families in our borough who are living in temporary accomodation or in houses that are not suitable for their needs.
