The council is responsible for street cleaning and litter removal. All streets are maintained through a cleaning programme. Streets are maintained on either a daily, fortnightly or monthly basis.

- A member of Refuse & Cleansing will visit the location to assess problem.
- If the problem is major it will we dealt with as soon as possible otherwise the problem will be resolved based on the cleaning schedule.
