Types of Season Tickets
We currently offer four types of season ticket, they are:-
- A short stay ticket which allows you to park in any surface car park(Long or Short stay).
- A long stay ticket which allows you to park in any long stay surface car park.
- A short stay ticket that allows only use of the Rope Walk Multi Storey car park.
- A long stay ticket which allows only use of the Harefield Road Multi Storey car park.

How to Apply
- You can use the link to the online form above to select the type of season ticket required.
- Proceed to the payment facility through the online form and pay for your ticket online.
- Your season ticket will then be posted to you.
- Alternatively application forms can be requested by contacting Parking Services using the enquiry form or any of the contact methods above.
- The following details will be requested on the application form:-
Name, Address and Phone number
Vehicle Details (maximum of two vehicles are permitted on each surface season ticket)
Start Date(Only effective from 1st of each month)
Season Ticket Type(Long/Short etc)
Use of Season Tickets
- View a full listing of all Nuneaton and Bedworth pay and display and pay on foot car parks together with a map.
- Correct display of ticket - an adhesive ticket holder will be provided for you, this should be attached to the nearside of your windscreen. The season ticket should then be inserted into the holder with the details facing forward, so that it can be easily checked by our Parking Attendants. Failure to display the ticket in such a way that the details are shown on the front can be read from outside the vehicle will invalidate its use.
- The season ticket does not guarantee that a car parking space will be available.
- The Council will not be liable for any loss or damage to either the vehicle and/or the contents however such a loss or damage is caused.
- Season tickets are NOT transferable. They can only be used by those vehicles which are registered. Should a season ticket be found to have been misused in any way, an Excess Charge Notice (Fine) will be immediately issued buy one of our Parking Attendants.
Conditions
- Please allow sufficient time between making the application and the start date of permit.
- New season tickets will be charged from the 1st day of the month in which the application is made.
- To cancel your season ticket (e.g. if you are moving away from the area, or you no longer own a vehicle) please contact Parking Services who will arrange for a refund to be forwarded to you. Refunds will be available after deducting the equivalent monthly charge in respect of the number of months, or part, used.
- No charge will be made to change the registration number on a personal season ticket.
- 10% discount on purchases of 50 or more - please contact us for more information.
What do I do if I change my vehicle?
- Vehicle details can be amended by taking your current pass to the counter at either the Town Hall Nuneaton or Bedworth Office.
- Alternatively by post for the attention of Parking Services.
- Please pay the appropriate tariff to park if your season ticket is not displayed on your vehicle.
What if I lose or have my season ticket stolen?
- Please notify Parking Services immediately at the address above. Your season ticket will be cancelled and a replacement will be issued to you, a charge of £25 will be levied for a replacement.
- Should your ticket have been stolen and a crime reference number obtained from the police, no charge will be levied for a replacement.
- The safe keeping of the season ticket is the responsibility of the season ticket holder. The Council will NOT normally provide a replacement ticket.
