Medieval Machines - 26 May – 1 July 2007

Come and build your very own stained glass window, assemble an early clock, build and then knock down a castle wall with a siege machine and see how difficult it is to be a knight using a lance without stirrups to steady you.

Medieval Machines is a hands on mixture of science, technology, art and craft from the middle ages. This touring exhibition allows you to explore how innovations of the time affected people’s lives, through hands-on interactives.

Suitable for children whatever your age!
