Land at Withybrook Road, Bulkington

Following several years of protracted legal proceedings, and associated costs, the Council, following a Court request, has resolved to commence negotiations with the owners and current occupiers of part of the land at Withybrook Road, Bulkington, in order to transfer the land to Council ownership. 

 

The remainder of the land is under Council ownership.

 

 The current occupiers would then, dependent upon the above negotiations, enter into a personal lease with the Council to reside on the currently occupied land.

 

The terms of the transfer and subsequent lease are subject to further negotiations.
