Grounds Maintenance Satisfaction Survey

Autumn Leaf
Mowing the grass, tending to the flower beds, watering the hanging baskets around the Borough, would you like to let the Council know what you think of this service?  Now you can and possibly win £10 in gardening vouchers.

The Grounds Maintenance section within the Borough Council’s Parks & Countryside department are offering members of the public an opportunity to tell the Council what they think about the services offered.  When staff are working within a particular area, a ‘Customer Survey Satisfaction reply card is being posted through letterboxes.  All that needs to be done is complete the card and return it to Grounds Maintenance Offices at the Nursery in Bedworth and once a quarter, a prize draw will be undertaken with a £10 gardening voucher being awarded to the card that is pulled out.

This last quarter saw the winner as Leonard Green of Greenmoor Road, who was delighted to receive his prize as he is a keen gardener.

Councillor Neil Phillips, Portfolio Holder for Culture and Recreation said today,

“Congratulations to Mr Green, we always appreciate and are interested in comments about the services that we offer.  Sometimes we are all too busy to tell people about what we like and what we don’t like, but with this extra incentive, we hope that people will be able to let us know the kind of good service we offer or what we could do better so that our Borough is a better place in which to live.”
