Festival of Arts
The Museum & Art Gallery is hosting parts of the 59th Nuneaton Festival of Arts. The Art Exhibition is the second of three ‘Festival of Arts’ exhibitions which will take place in the coming months.
This exhibition features a large variety of art from drawing and painting to graphic design and murals. Artists young and old have entered this exhibition, and the work has been judged and prizes awarded for each category. Come and see the results for yourself.
The Festival of Arts began in 1948. Organised by a team of volunteers, the Festival offers an opportunity for both individuals and groups to show off their artistic talents.
If you are interested in exhibiting in the Needlecraft and Photography Exhibition in May, free Festival of Arts Syllabuses are available from the museum gift shop. Which include information regarding the different classes that can be entered, delivery, collection and exhibition dates.
