Book now for the Breakaway Club

Breakaway Club
Children and young people can look forward to a summer full of fun this year following the launch of the newly formed Breakaway Club, and bookings are now being taken.

The exciting new scheme will run throughout August and will offer a range of children’s activities over morning and afternoon sessions for the small charge of just £1 per session.  For an additional fee, children can also be accommodated over the lunchtime period.

Bookings can be made by phoning 024 7637 6707 and places are expected to fill quickly, in fact, 132 sessions were sold for the first week of the club in the first two hours of lines opening.

The Breakaway Club is being run in partnership with Nuneaton Town Community Foundation and will be run both in Nuneaton, from Nuneaton Town FC’s Triton Shower Stadium, and Bedworth, from the Civic Hall.  The two sites will be able to offer activity provision for up to 300 youngsters over the two sessions per day and timetables will include a multitude of arts, sports and day trips.

Cllr Ian Lloyd, Portfolio Holder for Arts and Leisure, said:
“We are expecting the Breakaway Club to be a hit with parents who are looking for somewhere safe for their children to go throughout the summer holiday.  There is something different happening every day with arts, crafts, games, sport and more taking place.

“Book now to make sure your children don’t miss out!”
