A Warm Welcome at Bedworth Market
The renovation of the indoor market at Bedworth has taken a further step as the painting has been completed, the layout slightly altered and canopies on the stalls, the café area improved and welcome signs at the main entrances. The welcome signs are a new addition and show the traders of the market. They can also be seen from the road easily and it can easily be identified as a market.
Councillor Dennis Harvey, Leader of the Council said
‘With the renovation of Bedworth Market it has so brightened and warmed the atmosphere. It looks light and cheerful and makes a wonderful place for the community to shop, have a drink and chat with others. The improvements have shown our commitment to creating a better image for the market and for Bedworth’
The nearby development by Aldi on the old Kwik Save site later this year will also benefit the market and surrounding area. The market will complement the new development and help with the regeneration of this part of the town centre.
