Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places - Do you want to give your views?

In accordance with the requirements of The Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places (Parliamentary Elections) Regulations 2006, the Council is undertaking a review of the Polling Districts and Poling Places in the Borough.
 
Representations are being invited from the Acting Returning Officer for those parts of the Parliamentary Constituencies covered by the Borough and from people who are considered to have particular expertise in relation to access or facilities for persons who have different forms of disability.
 
In addition, any elector registered in the Borough may make representations.
 
Details of existing arrangements are available for inspection during normal working hours at the Town Hall, Nuneaton.
 
Representations must be submitted in writing to Rodger Cornes, Head of Democratic support Services at the Town Hall, Nuneaton by 24th August, 2007.  These should include any alternative proposals regarding polling districts or polling places together with reasons for the alternative proposals.  Details of all representations received will be made available for inspection.
