Progress in Camp Hill

Camp Hill Street Scene
The Pride in Camp Hill Phase 3 development is on course, with preferred development partner Baratt expected to be on site early 2009.

Phase 3 regeneration programme
The Phase 3 element of the Pride in Camp Hill project will transform the built environment , with 370 properties demolished to make way for more than 800 new homes.

Compulsory Purchase Order
To progress the regeneration of Camp Hill, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) have made a Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) to include an area known as 2a of the Phase 3 development.

A CPO is a legal process that enables Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, to acquire the necessary land and interests to take forward the development.

On 5th September 2008 the Council made the order and notices were then served to all known persons who had an interest affected by the CPO.

Documentation
A copy of the Order Map and accompanying schedule together with the Statement of Reasons setting out the Council’s reasons for making the Compulsory Purchase Order, together with supporting background documents can be viewed through the Pride in Camp Hill Web Site.
