Mystery shopping taking place

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council tenants who have recently moved into their property or recently had work done by our gas servicing contractor, Sun Realm, may receive a phone call from a tenant mystery shopper between 22nd June and 1st July.

 

The mystery shoppers are trying to find out what tenants think about the service they received from the housing department.
