Shrubs around the borough are cut at different times depending on the variety and the season.
Pruning and Maintenance of Shrubs
During the summer months shrub beds are visited on a number of occasions to remove weeds and debris and to carry out selective pruning.
During the winter months all shrub beds are visited once to cultivate and clear the beds of weeds and debris. At the same time, the shrubs are pruned to remove dead, diseased or excessive growth.
If you are having any work undertaken to your property and a council shrub bed is in the way, please contact us.
