Arts in the borough

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council recognises the contribution of the arts to the quality of life of both the individual and the community.  The Borough Council wishes to promote access to, and participation in, the arts for all members of the community.   

The council provides Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery and the Civic Hall at Bedworth.  In addition it also provides support for Bedworth Arts Centre and Nuneaton Arts Centre.   Live and Local also receive funding to work with local groups to promote live performance around the borough. 

On occasions the council supports arts provision through one off projects, future plans include the provision of a funding workshop and funding advice.

The Borough has a rich selection of public art and benefits from the activities of the voluntary sector who provide a variety of arts based activities.
