Private sector housing
The private sector housing team deals with many housing matters supporting and advising private householders, owner occupiers, tenants and landlords in improving housing conditions.
We help using financial assistance, enforcement and support. We bring empty properties back into use, provide adaptations for disabled households, ensure homes meet the decent homes standard and investigate drainage problems ensuring they are resolved.
