Pest control

We offer a quality pest control service for homes and businesses.   We regularly treat parks, riverbanks and sewers to reduce and control rodent activity.

What do we treat?

We treat for:

• Rats
• Mice inside your property
• Fleas
• Wasps
• Cockroaches
• Bedbugs

We aim to respond to all pest control requests within 3 working days with the exception of rats inside the property. We aim to treat these within 1 working day.

How do I arrange a treatment?

Simply phone us between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday or alternatively send us an email or send your request online.

What do we charge?

For Homes and Gardens:-

Rats and Mice: £30 (Free for those receiving Council Tax Support, Housing Benefit or Income Support). 

Wasps, Bedbugs, Fleas and Cockroaches: £67.50 (Concessionary fee for those receiving Council Tax Support, Housing Benefit or Income Support: £17)

For businesses

Available by agreement - please email us for a quote.

If at the time we visit a treatment cannot be carried out we will keep a callout fee of £17. We will refund your remaining payment. (For example, a wasps nest is found to be a bees' nest, or the nest is no longer occupied.)

How to pay

We take credit or debit card payments at the time of booking your appointment.

Insect identification

If you can't identify the insect causing problems we offer a free identification service. Bring a sample to your nearest NBBC office and we will contact you to tell you what it is and give you some advice on treatment.
