Forward Plan

The latest forward plan shows the key decisions that will be made in the next four months and the exempt decisions.
 
The table shows the likely date the listed key decisions will be made, and by whom.  Please contact the officer mentioned if you wish to know any of the following:

• the identity of groups or organisations whom the decision maker proposes to consult before making the decision
• the means by which such consultation is proposed to be undertaken
• what documents will be submitted to the decision maker for consideration in relation to that decision
• the steps any person who wishes to make representations should take and the date by which those steps should be taken

General exception process

Under the council constitution, if a proposed key decision does not appear on the published Forward Plan and a decision is required prior to the publishing of the next Forward Plan, the Council is required to publish a General Exception Notice.
