Bulky waste collection

We provide a bulky waste collection service to all residents of the borough, excluding businesses.

Cost

We charge a minimum service fee of £28.50, plus a £3.50 fee for each item collected, up to a maximum of ten items.

The following charges will apply:

• 1 item £32.00
• 2 items £35.50
• 3 items £39.00
• 4 items £42.50
• 5 items £46.00
• 6 items £49.50
• 7 items £53.00
• 8 items £56.50
• 9 items £60.00
• 10 items £63.50

Collection times may vary and is dependent upon operational availability.

Preparing your items for collection

• All bulky items must be presented outside by 7:00am on the day of the collection
• We will not enter your home to collect bulky items

Failure to adhere to the above guidance will result in non-collection where necessary. If our operatives have visited the household and rejected bulky items due to any of the above, refunds will not be given.
