Service delivery plans
Performance indicators and measures are appropriate gauges of how well services are performing. Key performance aims for the current year are detailed in service delivery plans. They are important as they enable the council to not only look back and see how performance compares to previous years, but also to look forward and ensure that the Council is always striving to improve.
