We offer a free service to tenants experiencing problems with landlords. We can provide advice on
what to do if you experience harassment or are threatened with eviction, as well as advice on what
standard your property should meet and what to do if you are worried about your property.
If your landlord refuses to do necessary work to your property, our staff will talk you though your
options. We will try to resolve you problem informally, but if necessary, we will use our legal powers
to make sure your property is free from any serious hazards.
Our staff will also seek to identify if you are eligible for any other assistance such as energy efficiency
measures which will help your home meet the Decent Homes Standard and make your home warm
and healthier.
