As a Council tenant you are responsible for maintaining your garden to a reasonable standard of cleanliness and tidiness. This responsibility is included within your tenancy conditions and if you do not keep to it, you may be in breach and subject to further action by the Council. Where necessary the property will be strimmed on letting and any rubbish removed.
