We are always looking to improve our services for our tenants. We have held forums with our tenants about our Repairs and Maintenance service and they have told us to 'fix my repair when I want it done.' After listening to our customers we have been carrying out a review of our reactive repairs and maintenance service and we have been testing a new repairs system.
From 4 October 2010 we will be able to offer an appointment to all our tenants, at a convenient time to carry out their repairs.
Now we have improved this service with customers in mind we will be regularly asking our tenants opinions in order to ensure that the service meets their needs.
We are now also able to offer direct telephone lines for specific repairs
