A total of 1,124 homes have received new fascias, soffits and rainwater goods, as set out in the graph below, and we plan to carry out works on approximately 290 properties curing 2009/10.
The new fascias and soffits enhance the appearance of the properties and surrounding area as well as greatly reducing on-going maintenance costs for many years to come.
