Landlord Liaison & Development Officer

The role of the Landlord Liaison Officer is to be a key point of contact for local landlords and to work in partnership to develop further links within the community. This will allow the Council and landlords to work together in the private sector to maximise the supply of good standard housing and reduce homelessness.

 

The Landlord Liaison Officer will also be working on developing, delivering and communicating various schemes to local landlords. These include the accreditation and bond schemes, as well as the landlord’s forum.
