Mystery Shoppers

We need some tenants and leaseholders to tell us what they think of everything we do.  This could be anything, from magazines that we send out, to letters, to our repairs service or even calling us and rating our performance on the phone!

It doesn’t matter what your circumstances are, as we need as many different people as possible to tell us what they think of us.

You might be a stay at home parent who are looking for a challenge, you may be working full time, or retired, it doesn’t matter!  We welcome any ages, from 16+, and it doesn’t matter how long you have been a council tenant or leaseholder for.

You won’t have to take part in every project; you can do what fits in with you.  We will invite you to meetings, but these won’t be compulsory, as we will happily speak to you over the phone, or even visit you at home.

Mystery shopping is even considered a good way to increase you CV, as attending meetings, filling out forms and working to timescales are all great things to be able to tell your prospective employers that you have experience of.

If you are interested in becoming a mystery shopper or would like more info please email sarah.cox@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk
