Mystery Shoppers

Our mystery shopping programme contains a wide range of activities and is undertaken by an enthusiastic group of  trained customers. They regularly test our services and are involved in any new processes we introduce.  They are able to ensure that our services match what tenants want, therefore influencing the delivery of services in a specific area.

The mystery shoppers have a rolling programme of work, covering all aspects of the Housing services.
It doesn’t matter what your circumstances are, as we need as many different people as possible to tell us what they think of us.

You might be a stay at home parent who are looking for a challenge, you may be working full time, or retired, it doesn’t matter!  We welcome any ages, from 16+, and it doesn’t matter how long you have been a council tenant or leaseholder for.

You won’t have to take part in every project; you can do what fits in with you.  We will invite you to meetings, but these won’t be compulsory, as we will happily speak to you over the phone, or even visit you at home.

Mystery shopping is even considered a good way to increase you CV, as attending meetings, filling out forms and working to timescales are all great things to be able to tell your prospective employers that you have experience of.

If you are interested in becoming a mystery shopper or would like more info please email sarah.cox@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk

Training

The Resident Involvement team can offer free training for tenants on a variety of subjects.  The training is for residents that want who become more involved in Housing Services, and help us improve the way in which we run our services for tenants.  Training is on a first-come-first-served basis and there are limited places for each course.   Places for each course will be judged on whether the training will be relevant for the resident and if the training will equip the tenant with skills that will benefit them.
Please see below for the training brochure.  If you are interested in any of the training then get in touch with the Resident Involvement Team.
