Benefit Fraud

The Investigation Unit deal with allegations of persons claiming benefits to which they are not entitled.  This type of fraud costs each of us £80 per year and prevents more money being spent on hospitals, policing and education.

You can report a fraud by telephone, e-mail or letter and all information is treated in the strictest confidence. Please try to include as much detail as possible about the people you think are committing fraud and what they are doing.  The more detail you are able to give the better chance we have of catching them.
